Pros:

The location was great and the staff were very helpful. I liked the in-house breakfasts and dining options.

Cons:

A few minor things could be improved with more attention to detail: when the staff bring food, it could come with cutlery, and it would be nice to have a teaspoon along with the tea and sugar in the room.
