Pros:

Le personnel aimable et agréable, la literie très confortable, la chambre spacieuse, le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet varié et copieux.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur la route, c'était extrêmement bruyant.

Good hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Good hotel for one night stand, especially if you are travelling using Kutaisi International Airport. You can easily find a parking place in the main street. Check in and Check out process was fast, you can also use elevator to reach upper floors. Rooms are small with the basic amenities.

Cons:

Pillows are small and not comfortable, bathroom amenities are limited, no place for luggage.

The location and price were the only advantages of this hotel

Cons:

We arrived at around 1:00 a.m. after our flight to Kutaisi International Airport and planned to stay for just one night. We knew this was not a five-star hotel and, considering the price, we did not have high expectations. However, at the very least, you expect a clean and acceptable place where you can sleep comfortably for the night.

Unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom was extremely small, with no hooks or hangers to put clothes or other belongings.

The worst part was the baby cot. It was so dirty and smelly, with visible mold, that we did not even consider letting our toddler sleep in it. We actually removed it from the room and left it in the lobby.

We tried to raise the issue with the staff member at reception, but he seemed more interested in playing on his phone than addressing our concerns. He simply told us that he did not know anything about it and that we could speak with the manager the next morning.

Definetly not recommended if you are not in urgency or do not seek just shelter or something :)

نظافة المكان الموقع الفطور متنوع ويتوفر لديهم مطعم للغداء او العشاء جلسات خارجيه وبالاماكن اشغال النار في المساء وسط الجلسه ، يوجد شطاف وقريب من البقالات

Очень чисто , очень комфортная кровать , чистые белоснежные полотенца и постельное бельё.

Cons:

Больше как просьба и рекомендации : в комнате поставить дополнительное мусорное ведро , прикокроватные светильники и второй стул, так как номер на двоих.

Pros:

Персонал-отлично! Комната-хорошо. Продовольственный магазин 24/7 рядом, остановка общественного транспорта у выхода из отеля.

Cons:

Запах из канализационной трубы.
