Pros:

All was good but need to improve the breakfast, and put a curtain in shower so the water stay in shower and not everywhere in bathroom

Pros:

Probably when you think about properties in Kutaisi, this hotel is high standard. Very nice and helpful staff, good and fresh breakfast. In rooms you find everything you would need. In comparison to other hotel I have been in, this one is of course not really challenging, but you have to think about the level of life in Kutaisi and in that point of view Orange Hotel deserves just good words.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

The room was perfect and very comfy. hotel has a back yard where there are orange trees and some play areas. bonus point- they have bidet showers. breakfast was delicious.

the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my booking and when we called him, he patiently solved it. it was a non refundable booking with no free cancellation. yet he allowed me to change the booking for free. my only worry is that i had to cut my stay short for a one day instead of 2. (which is my requirement which he helped to accommodate) i wish i could stay more. highly recommended place.

Pros:

The accommodation was OK, to the city 10 minutes on foot, the beds were quite comfortable.
The staff was helpful and friendly

Cons:

In the bathroom smelled like a drain.
Breakfast was simple, omelette, sausage, tomato, tea, or coffee.
The choice could be better

Horrible experience
Pros:

Did not stay here.

Cons:

Did not stay here. The property contact me and said non availability of room due to a drainage issue. They were not willing to cancel the reservation but asked me to cancel from my end. Since the fault is from there end i asked to cancel from their end but tjey did not do it. They made the reservation complete next day.

Wouldn’t recommend even tho it was cheap
Pros:

Large shower. Good parking.

Cons:

Bad smell in the apartment.
Not very clean.
We paid for breakfast but didn’t get it because it starts at 9am and we had to leave earlier.
Low ceiling.
Pool table on pictures turned out to be a joke (kids toy and broken).
