Bathroom was not cleaned properly
Понравился администратор который нас встретил. Очень вежливый, улыбивый молодой человек. Угостил лимонадом и вкусностями. Подсказал где можно поесть и прогуляться.
Не было зубной пасты, щетки и халатов. В туалете очень-очень холодно из-за вытяжки.
The electrical outlets were inconveniently located; there weren't any near the bed. There was a leak in the bathroom. We missed breakfast, even though it was included in the price, because it started late and there were no free seats at the table! We were asked to wait 20 minutes (while we rushed to the airport). The staff was polite, but everything was very disorganized.
Уютный маленький отель, в номере есть бесплатный чай-кофе. Также есть мини-бар, но это за отдельную плату. Удобная кровать, с горячей водой не было проблем. Завтрак скромный, но голодным не останешься.
Номер достаточно тесный, но если ваша цель - переночевать одну ночь или весь день ездить на экскурсии и т.п., то это не проблема. В ванной комнате было холодно.

All was good but need to improve the breakfast, and put a curtain in shower so the water stay in shower and not everywhere in bathroom
Probably when you think about properties in Kutaisi, this hotel is high standard. Very nice and helpful staff, good and fresh breakfast. In rooms you find everything you would need. In comparison to other hotel I have been in, this one is of course not really challenging, but you have to think about the level of life in Kutaisi and in that point of view Orange Hotel deserves just good words.
