Cons:

I had a very concerning experience with this hotel. Two days before my arrival, they attempted to cancel my reservation. When I arrived, they tried to charge me about 40% more than the confirmed price, saying that fees were not included—despite my booking clearly stating that all taxes and fees were included.

I refused to pay the inflated amount, and after some back-and-forth, they eventually charged me the correct price. However, the situation didn’t end there. The next day, they reported me to Booking.com as a “no-show,” even though I had successfully checked in. What makes this especially troubling is that they themselves showed me my Booking.com reservation details during check-in.

Seguro, céntrico y práctico!
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, la seguridad y la habitación en general, el hotel está en un barrio bastante tranquilo con locales comerciales y restaurantes a menos de 200m. Excelente atención del personal.

Cons:

Ya había leído sobre esto. Los aires acondicionados de las habitaciones hacen mucho ruido por la noche. Si uno apaga el aire, el ruido persiste por las habitaciones que están al lado. Es algo que no es grave pero si una persona desea silencio total, eso es lo único que interfiere.

La limpieza de las habitaciones, la localización , los amenities excelente, el personal bien

Cons:

Pero definitivamente lo que deben mejorar si o si el lugar donde se sirve el desayuno es inaceptable que apeste a orines de borrachos.

Pros:

Es un lindo hotel para dormir una o dos noches, de pasada para algún lugar turístico. El personal amable, la habitación amplia, y el parking muy cómodo. Dos opciones de desayuno, una local y uno americano, más que suficiente. Además pedimos alguna fruta para los niños y no dudaron en traernos. Bien ubicado, seguro.
