Lovely owners, clean and spacious room
Pros:

Super clean and spacious room with basic decoration. Comfortable shower with immediate warm water. Super lovely owners (including grandpa!). I'd stay there again.

Cons:

The breakfast was super expensive at 16€ per person. I didn't get it, as I don't eat enough for it to have been worth it.

Very relaxing stay with a lovely family feel from the owners. Will stay again when in the area.
Pros:

We picked this hotel so we could visit Spa Franco Champs race track which is an easy 15 minute drive away - local town of Malmedy really easy to drive to (6 minutes) The restaurant was always busy serving high end cuisine to locals. Breakfast was superb and plentiful with the owner going out first thing every morning to the local boulangerie for fresh produce. The owners were a delight as were all staff we met, nothing too much trouble and all met with a smile and good humour -

Cons:

Nothing could have been done better - nothing to complain about at all.

Un endroit dépaysant au milieu des forêts.
Pros:

William et Emma sont des hôtes tout à fait charmants. L'hôtel, qui vient d'être rénové, offre des chambres spacieuses, confortables, et joliment décorées. Quant au restaurant, les plats sont copieux et raffinés. Petit déjeuner à la hauteur de l'ensemble.

Cons:

Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps!

Qualité de l'accueil et dévouement de l'hôtelier pour venir nous chercher alors que nous avions un problème de vélo

Un détail : actualiser le numéro de téléphone sur le site booking et indiquer entre parenthèse que l'emplacement (qui est par ailleurs très bien) n'est pas dans le centre de Malmedy mais à Ligneuville

Pros:

Hôtel situé à 10 minutes du circuit de Spa Francorchamps, excellent accueil du personnel, tarifs plus que corrects, petit déjeuner buffet d'un très bon rapport qualité prix, propreté des chambres spacieuses. Mon séjour à l'hôtel Saint Hubert fut en tout points fantastique. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir si je dois séjourner à nouveau dans cette région de Belgique. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe ainsi qu'à Fabienne pour son sens de l'accueil.

What a find!
Pros:

The owners are lovely people who were simply brilliant, welcoming, friendly, joyous.
As a visitor to Belgium for an event at Spa Francorchamps the location is fabulous.
The food is exceptional.
I shall return whenever I go to Spa.
