The staff was amazing and they moved us to bigger rooms because the hotel was almost empty. They offer you special service I can guarantee you you won’t get that at another hotel. We, as 2 single young women felt very safe in the hotel. Will come again!

Location was a great plus, we were able to get quite easily to all places we wanted to see.
Breakfast was good and the extra watermelon came in handy during the heatwave.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room in the heart of historic Istanbul. Good air conditioning. Simple, but plentiful buffet breakfast, available to at least 10am. Friendly, helpful staff. Tons of eateries and supermarkets close by. A few minutes' walk to the Blue Mosque area and the seafront. Great all round hotel.
Advertised gym was out of commission.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. People at reception are very nice and they will help you if you have any issues or questions.
The sheets had a couple of stains on them. The cleaning lady did not come every day to change the sheets and towels.
Inside the bathroom, the toilet seat, and the shower cabin are combined in "one partition". That was opposite from what pictures showed where there was a shower cabin as an independent part of the bathroom.
This hotel experience was incredible.we were welcomed by a lovely staff, they helped us with everything we needed and we had some great chats , such friendly people.The location of the hotel was also amazing. I would stay in this hotel again , it made our trip a very pleasant one.

The staff very good.
Very bad smell in the bathroom. They are not providing shampoo, shower gel, nothing for bathroom accessories. They didn't provide electric kettle, coffee, water. And when I ask the staff they said they don't have which is totally different on what mention on booking.com. the room cleaning very bad. Even the pillow as I keep it, I would find the same. During my stay, they didn't change the bed cover. For the value of the money I can get more better. I suggest to booking.com to remove this hotel in the list as it gives bad reputation to booking.com. I'm starting to lose the trust on what's written in booking.com
