Pros:

サイトで和室喫煙部屋を選べたので、その部屋の予約をしましたが、現地に着きチェックインしてみると、和室は全室禁煙だと
スタッフの方のご厚意で部屋を替えて頂きました。そのことは感謝いたします

Cons:

部屋のユニットバスに髪の毛があり、良くみるとユニットバスを洗っていないのに気付きました。アカが残ってザラザラしてましたし、黒い線が残ってました
気持ち悪くて洗面所も使う気になりませんでした…
夕食は最悪
家でも出さないような粗末なバイキング
刺身は鮮度が落ち生臭い
食べるものがありませんでした
朝食の方がましです
お風呂も衛生的には感じませんでした

Staff are nice. The place itself is a very bad shape, not worth the price at all. In need of serious renovations.

Cons:

The room was dirty all over. Bathroom smelled like amonia, wierd stains on the floor and walls. Itched all night.

Affordable. Good for a place to sleep and access the surrounding are.
Pros:

Good location and cheap. I was on a cycling trip and didn’t want to have to travel farther than Sounkyo Onsen. All the nicer hotels were booked. So I booked here but then paid for a day pass to use the Onsen at one of the nicer hotels. Room was comfortable and had a nice view of the River. Room was spacious. Staff was nice.

Cons:

Old building. Breakfast wasn’t very good.
