A rooming or boarding house is given the name of theee star hotel
Pros:

The photo was completely different. The rooms are bare. Even a kettle was provided after asking. Nothing to do except for sitting in the room.

Cons:

Almost nothing. Staff behaviour, availability of food, pathetic breakfast and ill equipped toilets and rooms.

OK, Average plus ! Room was clean though. AC not very effective but decent!
Dinner at the restaurant was OK too, as most of the restaurants are 18-20 mins away.
Basic stuff - room and toilet. In fact, in a double occupancy room - they had an extra single bed.
In the MIDC area. We were transiting through - and many of the other hotels were full!

Cons:

AC could be better.
Toilet - just about basic! Could be better.

Cons:

The check-out time is very weird and this is not informed while checking in. You really have to read the fine print on the booking confirmation. I haven't come across a 3-star hotel that has a check out at 10:00 am. The service at the restaurant is very slow. The location is almost in an industrial area. Some rooms don't even have wardrobes and they are quite small.
