Hotel O Grand Lotus Inn

This is my third time staying here and the first two times turned out fine. I had got a bigger room back then (yes, they have bigger rooms with a sofa and a big dining table in some), a clean washroom, and clean sheets.
This time around, I don't know why, the rooms were smaller and not that great in terms of cleanliness. The sheets were dirty and brown (probably they didn't wash it after first use), the toilets had a stench with horrible poop stains that wouldn't go away on multiple flushes. The toilet seat was broken too. Imagine having to poop in a comode with residue of urine and poop. No tissue rolls were provided either. The towels also had stains. No bathroom mat. No water flask. The glsses kept on the small foot table had scaling stains, again making it unusable. The water in the washroom tasted funny (when you try gargling or washing your face or hands, you could feel that it's different). The ceiling of the room where the fan was there had a big hole which wasn't closed. I saw a palm sized lizard moving around in the garden and then got paranoid that something similar could possibly creep in from that hole at night. Two chairs were provided which were crammed up against the cupboard. So we weren't able to use that either.. I requested a room change, but no response from the management. There is a seating/dining facility within the premises. No body eats there in the dining area because hardly any people come here to stay. But guess what, I saw a cute little rat hopping from one blue sofa to another nibbling on the glass. I wonder what else it and its family would be nibbling on. Inwouldnt eat from here ever. The garden area has a lot of houseflies and the chairs are almost done looking like chairs. They look all worn out with oily stains and bird poop. I don't know which paying customer would sit on it to relax. The lift downstairs do not have a button, and you have to press it with nails or a sharp object.

The staff misbehaved with me every time they charged me more of what was promised they didn’t updated it that I checked in so that I won’t be able to make a complaint and now they are lying that I haven’t visited their property and most importantly don’t go there with your family or females especially because you won’t feel safe for a single second there are goons in the property who is ready to fight or make vulgar comments on female and you will find yourself helpless I’m talking about 10-12 local goonsthat are at the property permanently!

They demanded an extra amount apart from the booking. The night staff is very rude, their language does what you can

A bit focus on cleanliness

Reception will not accept the price on which you booked the hotel. He will increase it by 500-700 hundred.

Wasn't picking up the call before hand also, before reaching the hotel.
So money wise, not such a good experience.
