The staff especially Robin were kind and courteous offering helpful tips and suggestions to make our stay more enjoyable. He arranged a jeep for a day trip and our guide-driver Anthony was great company - cheerful and ready to share the small details that make each destination unique.
The surrounding was amazing and the staff were very friendly.
The rooms are pretty small 10×10 feet and the bathroom was just 3x3 feet. And if you want A/C in your room you have to pay Rs 1000 extra
Breakfast was OK. served as per order.

2. WC was stained.
3. No toileteries was provided.
4. Blankets were without bedsheet under.
5. No electric kettle with tea bags/coffee packets, creamer and sugar was provided in the room.
6. Only 01 litre water bottle was provided. additional water bottle was chargeable.

The property, area, rooms, location etc was very nice
Need improvement in some facilities like hot water for drinking and have to provide coffee/tea making facilities (kettle, tea/coffee bag etc ).
There is no shower
Food was the problem, we have to go outside for food, there is no restaurant nearby
Congested bathroom
Hotel stay nearly to train station, but you can't hear train. Birds sing very nicely in the morning. Very clear around, and there is good grassplot for exercises
Little noise from road, but if you are sleeping in a room, it's not problem
The gardens and the verandah were wonderful communal spaces. The location was amazing and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had a fabulous 4 night stay with outstanding experiences of walking, exploring and soaking up the breathtaking beauty coupled with the incredible hospitality shown to us by everyone we met. Memories to last a lifetime.
Other visitors have mentioned that it is not within walking distance of a restaurant and that’s true but auto-rickshaws and taxis are cheap and easy to arrange or the staff will arrange for meals to be delivered if you request them. The three rooms facing out onto the road also experience some road traffic noise but you can ask for rooms inside or at the rear of the property if it is a concern. As mentioned elsewhere the bathrooms are on the small side but are perfectly serviceable.

The staff was really helpful, they managed to rent us a scooty for the days we were there and they were always available to answer our questions. Room was clean and nice. The food was good and at a good price. We recommend:)
