Pas grand-chose. Le personnel était à l'écoute bien que limitée dans sa capacité à répondre aux besoins...

Cons:

Le fait qu'à l arrivée la chambre réservée n'était pas disponible et qu'on m'a demandé de payer un supplément pour une autre chambre, n'ayant pas accepté, j'ai été placé dans une chambre insalube, la salle de bains sentait la moisissure, et cela se répandait dans la chambre ? La climatisation faisait un bruit épouvantable et la chambre était plus petite que celle réservée... J'ai vraiment mal dormi durant ce séjour, deux jours après, j'ai été placé dans la chambre " Booking" avant cela, pour me laver, je devaient utiliser de l'eau réserver dans une bassin, car il y avait de nombreux problèmes liés à la pression de l’eau apparemment, si j'allais aux toilettes et qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau, je vous laisse imaginer les odeurs, dans la chambre... Et le pire est que l'hôtel était quasiment vide! Je n'ai pas aimé. Le traitement infligé à mon mari et moi, l emplacement n'est pas du tout idéal, le lieu en lui-même. Pourrait être accueillant si des travaux étaient réalisés et que la gérante( pas le personnel sur place) la personne au bout du téléphone était plus agréable et compréhensive envers les clients. Mon séjour a duré 14 jours payés à mon arrivée, j'ai voulu me faire rembourser dès le lendemain et aller ailleurs, mais la gérante a refusé, j'ai regretté cette réservation...

Cons:

A total fraud. I got to the hotel after 8pm only to be kept in the waiting area for an hour with the staff sitting in their office looking busy. They realise you're a foreigner and they instantly want to cheat you. I saw 15,300 cfa when i booked on here, only to get there for them to show me the room and time for payment, they are charging me 25,000 cfa.
