Apartamentul a fost foarte curat și confortabil,a dispus de toate facilitățile de care aveam nevoie.Zona este liniștită,iar gazda super amabilă,sociabilă și pregătită să ajute cu orice am avut nevoie:mi-a recomandat locuri drăguțe de vizitat în oraș și de servit masa în zona.De asemenea,mi-a făcut cafea în fiecare dimineață

La stanza era diversa dalle foto pubblicate su booking, mi è stata data una stanza con un letto singolo perché quell' altra era occupata da un' altro ospite.
La stanza era abbastanza grande e pulita.Con un ampia vetrata ma purtroppo senza tende oscuranti e la porta della stanza e neanche quella di casa avevano la chiave.
Constantin mi ha assicurato che stava sempre in casa e al mio ritorno chiudeva la porta principale di casa.
La casa si trova in un quartiere lontano dal centro a 15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della Metro e 5 Min dal parco e dallo shopping Center.
Era la soluzione più economica per una stanza privata a Bucarest.

Locație liniștită unde te poți odihni în tihnă..
Gazda foarte sociabilă, te servește cu ceai sau cafea și te îndrumă spre punctele de interes dar și spre zonele unde poți sevi masa.
Beneficiezi de prosop și papuci de casă,
iar faptul că există o priză triplă lângă pat, este un avantaj de luat în seamă.

1) About Constantin, he is very open-minded and kind. You can have a deep conversation with him about, literally, everything about this world. We talked from politics, economics to technology and humanity, etc. I enjoyed every moment talking to him. Besides, he makes sure that you arrive at the property correctly and safely (he calmly waited for me arriving 1 hour late).

2) About the stay, for 25e, you get a single room and very comfortable bed, which is a super good deal that you hardly find in Bucharest. I slept 10 hours in that bed after losing my sleep in my previous stay (Thank God I found him the previous night after being forced to wake up by a snoring guy). His house is located in a typical Communist neighborhood in which you will feel safe and people being nice interacting with each other. You will feel home instead of just a stay isolated from human interaction.

Konstantin is a very hospitable host. He is always ready to help and answer questions. The instructions on how to get to the place were very clear and detailed. The room and the bathroom were very clean and quiet. When I arrived, Konstantin offered me tea or coffee. He is a very warm and welcoming host. The location is also worth mentioning: nearby there is a huge beautiful park with a pond,
