Pros:

The rooms were really warm - nothing betten after a long day of skiing. The food at the restaurant was super tasty and affordable, as well, so were super happy about that. People were really friendly and the whole experience felt quite homey.

Cons:

We couldnt pay with card, also it wasnt super clean, but honstly, not that big of a deal. There was nothing that was troubling us. Maybe it would have been nice if walls were thicker, as we could hear our neighbours talking all the time 😄

Гостите от Ямбол се чустваха като у дома си и решиха в 4.30 сутринта да поздравят останалите гости с хита Шопска салата.Не сте прави.За протокола събитието е на 21.02.2026.

Не съм доволен от престоя си там.
Pros:

Намира се в самият център и е удобен лато дестинация.Апартамента беше достатъчно голям .

Cons:

Апартамента е със старо обзавеждане на холовата част , 3 дни никой не влезе да почиства , да сменя хавлии , да донесе тоалетна хартия и други принадлежности.Основният телевизор в хола не работеше добре , програмите бяха малко и с много лошо качество.Кухненският бокс не беше обзаведен с достатъчно посуда , нямаше никакви тавички, тенджерки, тигани, ножове, дъска за рязане и др.Нямаше веро,салфетки, микровълновата не работеше .

בחדרי השינה יש חלונות בלי וילונות אז מתעוררים מוקדם. בתיאור הדירה לא היה כתוב שהדירה בקומה 4 בלי מעלית

Персоналът правеше опит да бъде отзивчив.

Cons:

Не знаеха, че имам резервация през booking-липсвал човекът, който отговаря за тях. Дадоха ми стая, която не беше почистена - с кърпи по пода, пълно кошче, неоправено легло и кошара. Липсва климатик и тераса в крайната стая, която получих, а двете бяха включени в описанието.
