This apartment was very disappointing and does not have any high standards of hospitality.
Pros:

The location of the apartment is very close to the the beautiful beach of Baia Verde.

Cons:

1) The apartment does not match the pictures published in Booking.
2) No jacuzzi was existing on the roof as shown on the picture.
3) It was not clean at all. The dishes were still with water in the cupboard. The walls, the chairs and the kitchen worktop were full of marks. The kitchen still have stain of tomato sauce on the wall. Some of the kitchen utensils were broken. The floor was still full of sand and other people hairs when we walked in and we had to clean it up ourselves.
4) The curtains were broken in the entry and missing in the rooms. The metalic shades and shutters were partially broken and could close all the way. Therefore, we were woken up by the sunlight early in the morning.
5) The window door of the second room was broken, so we did not have access to the shades to close them.
6) The shower head was leaking from the top and throwing water to the wall and celling. The draining system was easily flooded and therefore, the water was going out of the shower itself.
7) The Wifi was not working during our all stay even though it was promised to get fixed.
8) We had to pay EUR 15 extra per person for bedsheets (written somewhere at the end of the booking confirmation), although we paid EUR 390 for a night for a Superior Apartment/Room. It seems to be a ridiculous charge knowing that bedsheets are part of the basic needs of any apartment/room rental.

Family getaway close to the beach
Pros:

I can only say nice words about our stay at Residence Costa Bianca. The location is perfect five minutes walk from the beach. The apartment was quite clean and cosy well equipped. The manager was quite friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that i was able to park my car almost in front of my door :)

Pros:

Location and very beautiful beach.

Cons:

My family and I stayed in a superior appartement!!! The place has potential but it is not a 4star apartment! We had to pay for the sheets and towels and make the beds. Didn't mind do it but not in a 4star superior appartement?!
The toilet didn't have anything, when I asked for toilet paper, the owner brought just one piece, for 3 people for 4days, shocking!
The place was dirt, you can see for the photos.

Pros:

I got a feeling that we were living in the best apparent in vicinity. The apartment was almost new. The private jacuzzi on the roof was excellent, especially when there where 40°C outside.

Cons:

There weren't available extra bed sheets and blankets in the apartment. WiFi wasn't available.
