Pros:

Неймовірно приємні враження від відпочинку в Kasimir Resort Hotel & SPA! Тут дійсно все на високому рівні. Особливо хочеться відзначити кухню — страви дуже смачні, а сніданки різноманітні та ситні, ідеальний початок дня.

SPA-зона — це окрема любов: сучасна, чиста, з неймовірним басейном, де можна повністю розслабитися і перезавантажитися.

І, звичайно, персонал — надзвичайно привітний, уважний і завжди готовий допомогти, що робить відпочинок ще комфортнішим.

Обов’язково повернуся ще раз і щиро

Гарне розташування, в самому центрі Буковелю, близько до всього. Гарне SPA, декілька видів саун, великий басейн та соляна кімната входять у вартість. Вечеря-порційна і доволі скромна- тарілка супу та плов із квашеною капустою, зато на сніданок величезний вибір, включно із шампанським та бутербродами із чорною ікрою. Персонал доволі привітний. Взагалі дуже гарний варіант за свої гроші.

Cons:

В душовій кабінці знайшли якуйсь брудну ганчірку та чуже волосся, таке враження, що там не прибиралось.

Ціна не відповідає якості. Готель потребує оновлення, персонал має повідомляти про незручності щодо будівництва, на осві
Pros:

Прибирання щодня, білизна та рушники без плям.

Cons:

Найперший і найголовніший мінус - готель знаходиться поруч з будівельним майданчиком великого комплексу. З вікна вже не видно гір, шум і пил від ранку до вечора.
Частина оплати проживання готівкою. Без пояснень
В номері матраци неякісні. Меблі старі, аксесуари в ванній кімнаті теж.
Освітлення тьмяне у номері та ванній. Старі жовті лампи та люстри.
Холодний басейн.
На сніданку персонал не встигав доносити не те, що страви. Гості очікували на тарілки та прибори. Кава на сніданку просто палена ганчірка.

Не поганий сніданок, кава так собі, просеко не було, замість нього фраголіно, для діток можна скласти здорову тарілку. Прекрасний новий спа комплекс, величезна ігрова зона, для подорожей з дітками готель супер, в номерах тихо, є де гратись. Розташування прекрасне і великий + трансфер до готелю Редісон на гірку і до прокату спорядження

Номери трішки втомлені, не зручний матрац, пліснява в ванній.
