The location is fine

Cons:

One of the worst hotel we tried here in kerala
1. Tv is not working they never even try to fix even after asked for it.
2. No toiletries (soap and shampoo) just towel.
3. Bedsheets and comforter are still with Mark of some blood. Pillows are so old and very uncomfortable.
4. The cleaners are too noisy (shouting) or maybe the rooms are no sound proof.
5. It is not foreign friendly because asking much of requirements and you need to filled up all pad of information to write even after getting all the ID'S (It is okay if the area was not too hot and comfortable to sit and wait but trust me so uncomfortable.
6. We book online and it is 12 to 12nn. But the Front desk even after even we agreed all the mess and not working tv. He told us to leave before 11am because we booked online. But we showed him what are time we should out from our gmail that we book. And still he insisted that it the hotel rule that if you booked online you have to leave before 11am.
*Guys we paid same price online (2,308 rupees) and over the counter hotel is 2300 rupees too. Plus very uncomfortable.
*actually you can still find 3x better for 1700 rupees over the area. Sadly was all fully booked
