We booked & called, they told they do not have room

The location and literally that's it
The staff was hostile when I walked in, not being even slightly pleasant before I even opened my mouth. The room was NASTY, marks and dirt on the walls, the bed as well had a diverse array of stains, and one of my pillow cases was torn down the seam so it was a nice dirty stained blanket for my pillow. Literally the nastiest place I have ever stayed at and oh, had a cockroach roomate, so that was awesome. For 3000 INR this was possibly the worst deal of all time.

I like the cleanness of the room. For a tourist, this is very important. Second, I like its convenient. The hotel location near the metro station (RM Marg)m only walk 7 minutes. Then from RM Marg metro, only need to take one stop (that metro station called Rajiv Chowk), then you can reach the center of New Delhi-- CP (Connaught Place). Moreover, you can easily to find many food shop, food stands, fruit stands to buy many food. You don't need to worry about this.
This time I stayed 2 nights. One night stayed in a 2 beds room, the other night stayed in a big room. So there are two kinds of bedroom of my photos.
Final, the hotel owner (I guess he is a hotel boss) had a very good memory and was able to recognize that I had stayed at their hotel a year ago. I am also grateful to the boss for being so gracious in helping me when I was using the app to order a taxi and wasn’t sure about the pick up location. He also accompanied me to wait for the taxi at the hotel entrance. As a foreign woman traveling alone, I am very grateful for the boss's thoughtful service. Thank you, boss.
The hotel only provided one large towel, tissue paper, and a bar of soap. If you need to wash your hair, go to a grocery store and buy shampoo and condition by yourself. But for the sake of protecting the planet, I can accept that. If you need a hair dryer, you can borrow one from the counter.
I had a wonderful stay at The Grace House Hotel in Paharganj, New Delhi. The location was convenient, with easy access to both New Delhi and Old Delhi. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I’d like to specifically thanks Nitin for their exceptional service. Nitin made sure everything went smoothly and was always available to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a busy day exploring the city.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and pleasant stay in New Delhi.

The room was quite, very neat and clean.
The manager mr Moosa made a day tour for us for visiting best places of Delhi.He also helped us to book the tickets and visit more places in India.
The driver mr Ravi did the best for our trip.
Clean rooms, well equipped, quite a good starting point for roaming around Paharganj.
Airconditioning is not 24x7. They trip it every couple of hours. You have to call reception at 4-5 am with a disturbed sleep requesting to start AC.
