The staff was very helpful.. the owner helped and recommended great places for shopping and food.. the hotel style was great
Quiet location surrounded by woodlands. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable.
After aa long day travel from Antalya we attempted to have a shower late in the evening before heading to bed. The water was cold on a chilly evening so we had to make do with a wet wash cloth, leading to an uncomfortable sleep after such a long day. When complaining to the manager, rather than an apology, I was admonished for not contacting reception (at midnight) about the problem. I pointed out there was no one at the desk when we passed by that evening after returning from dinner. The shower was working next day, but only handheld in a bathtub. The manager claimed that some people prefer this. We were not informed on booking and would have preferred a shower head of course.
To be fair, the manager waived the cost of breakfast the next morning and offered a late checkout. I was left dissatisfied with our stay and felt the hotel was overpriced given the pool and grounds were of not much use on a wintry day.
Kafa dinlemek için güzel be şirin bir yer. Sanıyorum yan tarafta düğün salonu veya eğlence amaçlı bir yer var. Akşam 8 den 11 e kadar Ankaralı namıktan tutun demet Akalın’a kadar baya gürültülü bir şekilde ses geldi. Bize mi denk geldi her gün mü öyle bilemiyorum.

Such beautiful Hotel in the foothills of Spanca. A beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean, with all facilities, except Sauna and Steam rooms. But we did not go for a Spa retreat. We wanted to get out of Istanbul for a small trip. Parking facilities onsite. Excellent pool, and superb green areas. Ping Pong table, chess board, backgammon board all available outside for playing.
Our room was perfect, great bathroom and lovely bathroom products. fridge and an expresso machine in our room, with also a selection of teas.
Super comfortable bed, so comfortable, I did not want to leave it.
All in all, a perfect getaway destination.
The location of the hotel was amazing, very quit area and good for relaxation.
The room was large and the view through the windows were so relaxing.

The Breakfast was good but not that much varieties to choose, but in general was very good.

Otele girişten çıkışa kadar her aşamada mükemmeliği görüyorsunuz. Resepsiyon hizmetlerinde hiç bir sorun yaşamadan odaya yerleştik. Otelin her köşesine bir profesyonel eli değmiş. Temizlik, eşya kalitesi, çalışanların davranışları mükemmeldi. Otelde yemek hizmeti almayı seçmedik çünkü etrafı gezmek istedik. Isıtmalı havuzu kışın da kullanabilmek ayrıcalıklıydı. Şehir merkezine yakınken bir o kadar da doğanın içinde olup zihninizi ve bedeninizi dinlendirebiliyorsunuz.
Hizmet kalitesi, sundugu konfor, lokasyon ile memnun kaldigimiz bir tesis. Dusunmenize bile gerek yok, Kesinlikle pisman olmayacaksiniz.
