Everything, from the location to the decor to the cleanliness to the food to the service and staff. Exceptional
Other than the stretch of beach right in front of the property, on either side the beach is strewn with litter likely that washed ashore. If something can be done about it, it adds to the experience as one can take long walks on the otherwise lovely beach without the trash spoiling the walking experience
Staff was excellent. Their hospitality is what charmed us, especially the kitchen and serving staff. Property is boutique and not crowded with a great view over the beach. The sound of the waves put you in a comfortable sleep. Boating experience in the backwaters, viewing the mangroves and dolphin watching in between was good fun for the kids, although the boat could have been better to help reduce the duration.
Some senior folks were initially a little stuck up and their tone was a bit strong on the document copies and other formalities. I feel that was unnecessary.

Property is situated near the beach and the best part was that you can see the sea sitting on the bed which is not otherwise available in other hotels. The staff too were very helpful and smiling.

I liked the welcome drink which was very good and also the cocktails made by Gopal was very relaxing and nice the seating with the drink and the sound of the ocean was fantastic
