This apartment is just as pictured. Clean, spacious, and with a great view of the sea and beach. Includes a washing machine but not soap or a drying rack. No shampoo, just hand soap.
There is a small convenience store on the ground floor at reception with good prices and all the amenities you’ll need.
Cash exchange is right outside the building with decent rates.
Located on floor 43 is a benefit not just for the view, but for securing a ride in the elevator.
The lifts were the worst part of this building. Every lift (12 total for 2,700 apartments) is filled on every ride, no matter the time of day or night. There is always a line to get in on ground floor. Good luck if you have bags - you must force your way in. And even tho you get in on level 43 closer to the top, you will stop on almost every floor for people waiting to catch a ride and squeezing their way in. It can take 10+ min to get down.
The booking reservation said “pay at property” and the hosts pushed for cash payment - which we didn’t have - but finally settled to meet us at reception for a credit card payment. The entrance and reception is as crowded as a train station at all times.

Напешу, как есть. Забронировали у этого собственника через Букинг, за два месяца, два номера, списались в вацап договорились. 🤝Думали,что этого достаточно, накануне приезда не созванивались,а зря это надо было сделать, обозначить еще раз что мы не Передумали и точно будем!!!!! Понадеялись,что бронь на Букинге это достаточно. НО по приезду один из номеров был сдан.
О качестве номером ничего не могу сказать, непопали. По переписке вполне приятный молодой человек, но осадок остался.
Поняли,что обязательно надо напоминать о себе. На букинге была цена не дорогая и возможно подвернулась возможность сдать по более выгодной цене....🤷♀️

Для тех кто плохо засыпает готовьтесь что музыка будет орать до 1 ночи от кафешек на первой линии и закрытые окна не спасают на 100%
This apartment was perfect for our stay in Batumi. It was clean, super close to the beach, and had an amazing view from the balcony. The air-conditioning wasn't working initially, but the owner was quick to respond, and we got it sorted. I have seen reviews about the elevators taking a while, to be honest, the longest we had to wait 5 minutes. The neighbourhood was really nice, and the Esplanade was lovely to walk along. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom had a nice big shower with great water pressure. The room looked exactly like the pictures.
I liked everything. This is more like an FYI. Reception can be busy at times, so make sure you pre plan for that. Also there is no cutlery, so if your planning on cooking, you will need to factor this in. We ate out so it didn't bother us. It's also about a 40 minute walk into the main town, so just be aware, we were fine, as we just wanted the beach, bolts are very cheap though and can get you into town quickly.
Отличный номер, восхитительный вид (43 этаж), рабочая стиральная машина, мини кухня (нет микроволновки - но для нас это было не беда). В ванной чисто, в номере чисто, постельное чистое (на простони было пятно - видимо не отстиралось, была дополнительная простынь мы просто заменили сами) Были в начале сезона не было проблем с лифтами, было тихо. На пляже дискотеки каждый день, но с закрытыми окнами достаточно тихо. В целом рекомендую!
