Pros:

Localização e tamanho ótimos

Cons:

Limpeza péssima, teias de aranha nas paredes, sujeiras no chão, móveis e sofá ruins, paredes com buracos de furos, impressão de imóvel abandonado e sem cuidados

Pros:

The room is managed by a private company Rei dos flats and owned by someone else so the location is great but I would recommend to gtet directly with the hotel

Cons:

Like I said it is managed by an exterior provider, that was extremely rude to me , The room was very Dirty i even sent pictures to them there where fingers stains all over the mirrors, The bathroom had mould in it. I asked them to clean and they did however the mold was still there.whoever doesn't like soft bed like me well the bed is extremely soft! Now in my opinion their post is tricky as the first photo they show is the golden tulip royal and NO WHERE IN HIS POST IT SAY WE CANT USE THE SWIMMING POOL OF THE ROYAL TULIP( THE ONE WHERE I.STAID THERE IS A POOL SIZE OF A BATH) . WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT THEY SAID U HAVE TO PAY DAY USE ,WHEN I SAID OK BUT PLEASE ADD TO DESCRIPTION THE RESPONSE WAS SUPER RUDE " WE INSIST U CAN CANCEL AND NEVER BOOK WITH US AGAIN " IN MY HUMBLE OPINION DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL!
