Pros:

Nice clean property very convenient for Travellers. Staff is well behaved. All services included in one price. Our breakfast was free. Cash and carry and pharmacy on premises is a plus plus. Markets are on walking distance. Malls road is 15 minutes hike. Enjoy!!!

Pros:

This is bad service. We make reservations and we going there after 6 hours drive and they told us no room all full. Start misbehaving us i have children with us. I suggest never go there. Very bad experience

Pros:

Food is 10/10 and so are staffs, building is new and spacious but only issue is noise outside and inside. I wish they can invest in better windows and doors for noise insulation because anytime anyone walks through the hallways, closes or open doors, trucks honks outside etc. it all can be heard inside the room and can be very disruptive through the night.

One of the best Hotel to stay, best location near by Mall Road, mid of Nathia Galli and u can discover everything from the mid point easily, Benificial of having Restaurant in Hotel is Fantastic, no neeed to go outside for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, Best Room Service, Quick Solution, Humble Staff. Excellent Experience

Pros:

Rooms and bathrooms are excellent and well maintained. But breakfast food in hotel is poor as well as poor staff service in restaurant. Location is excellent with many options for shops and transport. Front desk does NOT accept credit card as payment.
