Very bad booking ever

Firstly, I had reserved a royal suite, as it was presented on the booking application. Upon my arrival, I discovered that the room provided was a standard one. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and the customer service representative offered an explanation, noting that this was not the first instance of a guest raising this particular concern.

I discussed the matter with customer service, and I was informed that it is the owner's policy to display the royal room on the booking application, but guests who book it are typically assigned a standard room. Additionally, I found that the bedroom was not clean, and the floor was rather dirty.

Secondly, the booking application indicated that the distance between the hotel and downtown was 2 miles. However, I found the actual distance to be more than 8 kilometers, which is significantly different from what was stated on the booking application.

المكان بعيد عن المسجد النبوى
لو الفندق عنده باص لتوصيل النزلاء الى المسجد النبوى هيكون افضل بكثير وسيكون خيار ممتاز
بالرغم من مميزات الفندق فانا لا ارغب فى النزول الى الفندق مرة اخرى لبعده عن المسجد النبوى

We arrived at 9:30 pm and the hotel told us that we are late and wanted to cancel our booking saying that the check in is from 3 to 4 pm! Totally nonsense as the check in is till midnight in any hotel. After 2 hours of talking with them and even asked to speak to a manager but he didn't respond, they gave us tiny room as they gave our original booked room to someone else!! The staff were unprofessional and rude. They don't clean the rooms. The location is also far -around 25 mins to ElHaram. Extremely disappointing experience!
