Pros:

Die Lage war super. Die Ausstattung auch. Das Pool wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sensationell.

Cons:

Ich hatte am Anfang Probleme mit dem WLAN, aber der Gastgeber hat diese erfolgreich behoben. Es gab außerdem ein Missverständnis bezüglich der Anzahl der Frühstücke. Ich hatte für zwei Personen gebucht, und da die zweite Person erst später ankam, wurde an einem Morgen das Frühstück reduziert – mit der Begründung, es sei „complimentary“, obwohl es laut Beschreibung inklusive ist. Der Wug zu meinem Zimmer war nicht betoniert was schwer mit Koffern zugänglich war.

Comfortable with nice pool
Pros:

- It was relaxing to have a pool on the compound, the main reason for choosing this accommodation. There was also an inflatable mattress available for guests, and a nice little patio to relax and shelter from the rain.
Just be careful: the pool is deep, so you must watch your children at all times! But this was known to us before we booked, so it’s all good.
- The breakfast included in the booking was plentiful, tasty, and well put together. I really must highlight this, as we never had such a good breakfast in Tobago. It was lovely to start the day with such an amazing breakfast!
- I’m grateful that we were able to occupy the room with our two children at no extra cost. (We brought a small inflatable mattress for them.)
- The manager of the place kept in touch throughout our stay to ensure we were having a great time and to check if we needed anything. When we asked for an additional towel, it was brought to us quickly. I was very pleased with that.
- The room was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well, the internet was fast and reliable, and the kitchen amenities were sufficient.

Cons:

- The name of the place is "Restorations Tobago", not "Beach Studio in Crown Point". I think the title needs updating. :-)
- On the evening of our arrival we were informed that there were ongoing repairs on the property that were supposed to be finished the next day. It was inconvenient to have a scaffolding framework in front of our door, and it made the outside area look like a construction site. We would have appreciated a little heads-up before our arrival and should have been given the option to rebook or cancel the booking. However, as a small compensation for the inconvenience, we received one additional breakfast for the children to share. That was appreciated.
- Unfortunately, the workers did not remove the scaffolding the next day. And on the second day, they painted our room door from the outside while we were inside the room. The oil paint remained wet in certain areas, and when our children and we adults exited the door, we accidentally touched the wet paint with our arms, clothes, and towels… multiple times. Even the next day some parts were still wet. We really tried not to touch it, but it was difficult, and we ended up staining our towels and clothes. The paint does not come off at all. This was really disappointing! The painting of the door could have been done differently, or for example after our check-out the next day.
- Additionally, there were other construction works going on at the neighboring property, causing a lot of noise during the day. Apparently, this was not known to the manager.
- I understand that repairs are sometimes inevitable, but the inconvenience caused by all this was a bit greater than expected. We only stayed for 3 days, hoping for a relaxing (and quiet) experience. These expectations were not met, and I would have appreciated detailed information, including compensation suggestions, prior to our arrival.

Nevertheless, I would book the place again in the future.

De kamer was heel schoon en ruim. Zwembadje is prima voor een paar baantjes. Het ontbijt was goed. Locatie top

Cons:

De ontvangst, We kwamen aan in de regen en waren te vroeg. We werden gewoon weg gestuurd en kregen om 15.00 pas een code. Geen schuilplekje voor bagage etc. De douche is ook heel klein

The neighbor was doing construction work late in the night, so that was not cool.

The parking was not great.

Wonderful would certainly go back in a heart beat
Pros:

The swimming pool was fab and so clean Location was also good and generally very quiet apart from the cockerel! We like that general staff were around some part of the day for any queries Things were dealt with promptly amazing breakfasts …too much ☺️

Cons:

The bathroom was down stairs and it would have been nice to have some drawers in bedroom but staff did supply many coat hangers

Logement de localisation idéale mais nécessitant un rafraîchissement
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement assez central dans Crown Point, avec beaucoup de commerces dans les alentours. De plus, le logement est à proximité immédiate de l'aéroport, accessible à pied, après une dizaine de minutes de marches. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et bien garni de spécialités locales.

Cons:

Il y a une réellement disproportion entre la taille du logement et l'espace réservé à la salle de bain, étroit. Le plafond nécessite une franche rénovation en raison des traces de moisissures diffuses qui le garnissent

Het contact met Tracey ging erg goed. Als we haar een bericht stuurden, reageerde ze vrijwel meteen. We konden ook met al onze vragen bij haar terecht, dit was erg fijn. We waren nog nooit in Tobago geweest, dus altijd fijn als iemand je een beetje de weg wijst.
Het appartement was erg mooi ingericht. Alles was aanwezig. Een fijn bed, airco, mooie keuken met waterkoker, broodrooster etc., een grote koelkast en een tafel met twee stoelen.
We hebben erg genoten van onze tijd hier in Tobago. Deze plek is zeker aan te raden!

A staff member stopped us when we tried to enter once questioning us which felt off seeing that we were able to enter comfortably before when no one was there under the direction of our initial contacts.

Gem found in paradise
Pros:

Everything, close to eatery, sea side, 15 minutes walk to the airport. Lounging by the pool was relaxing. Great breakfast with variations every morning.
