Nothing , They don't give you your money's worth; it's official theft.
Very bad and dirty hotel ,nothing new
Best hotel in Chad
Not clean towels

Old rooms needs renovation
Internet is bad no signal inside the room
Pros: Large deluxe room, with balcony and river view. Good breakfast buffet. Decent bar area serving alcohol and small meals. Restaurant on top floor was good, staff friendly. Free shuttle bus available to airport.
Cons: Hairdryer did not work. Advised staff, but no replacement sent. Power kept tripping in our room, had to request reconnection. Balcony was putrid with bugs, dirt and the like. Reception staff (the first one) said “no rooms” available. We then booked online via our mobile phone at reception, but later quickly cancelled. We approached another staff member who said “yes, we have a room”. Interesting. Room was in need of maintenance. Currency exchange from Euro to XAF easy, but going XAF to Euro came with “no Euro”. Interesting again. Power in hotel also kept going out, often. Overall not westerner (foreigner) friendly. Had much better experience at Radisson Blu in Brazzaville, Lusaka and Delhi. If using a tour company for Chad, please avoid a UK company - initials only ‘N E’. Very bad experience resulting in assault, with bruising.
Currently one of the best places to stay in Ndjamena with friendly staff, backup power and water supplies.
