Die Lage ist in 2 Reihe.
Von daher ruhig. In etwa 5 Minuten ist man am Strand .Wasserkocher Kühlschrank und Smart TV gibt es in der Unterkunft.
Über You Tube Filme auch Deutsch geht. Oben gibt es ein kleines Schwimmbad mit 2 Liegen. Optimal ist der 7/8/9 Stock.Wir waren 3 Wochen. Im Hotel bekommt man 5 Liter Wasserflaschen zu kaufen. Auch Roller mieten im Hotel ist kein Problem.
Die Putzfrauen freuen sich auf ein Trinkgeld.

Services improvement.
Pros:

No breakfast available. Lift. Nice view of part of the city. Near the mall, lots of restaurant and caffes. The interaction with the locals was very good.

Cons:

Hotel is rather for Vietnameese businessmen on the road. No experience with foreigners.

We couldn't use drawers at the bedside tables (they were also very dirty inside)
