Excelente atendimento
Pros:

Atendimento perfeito, pessoas educadissimas, solicitas, simpáticas, alimentação gostosa e bem feita!

Atenção dos funcionários, a qualidade excepcional da água que deixa os cabelos sedosos. A comida é razoável, poderia ser melhor.

Cons:

Não consegui entrar em contato por telefone p transferir a data da minha hospedagem. Por isto tive de ir sem a terceira pessoa que iria e não consegui lá o desconto por requalificação/redução das vagas ocupadas.
Mandei mensagens p vcs e ainda não tive resposta.

Pros:

O pessoal do Hotel se desdobrou para nos atender com exclusividade e fina educação. Destacou a atuação do carismático vigia noturno e o fato de o gerente do Hotel nos recepcionar no primeiro café da manhã. Além as acomodações são excelentes, as rejeições saborosas e a piscina aquecida, ponto alto da instalação,deixa saudades.

Cons:

Nada a reclamar.

Águas termais cumprem o que prometem; boas refeições; atendimento excelente do quadro de funcinários (atenciosos e prestativos)

A alimentação, embora boa, poderia ter mais opções; os horários de alimentação deveriam ser mais elastecidos; a cortina do quarto não vedava completamente
