Need Maintanence :(
Pros:

Location near to Ranga Gopuram.. Walkable around 500 meters. Next to auto stand ( The auto drivers were very helpful )
AC in the rooms were fine and it was must needed in this soaring summer days

Cons:

Main problem is the maintanence. Leaking pipes, Broken lockes mainly in the rest room. The caretaker tried his best to give us best service but both the two bedroom villas lacking maintance. The cleaning staffs very non cooperative.. The rooms weren't ready even at 4pm.. When we asked atleasst to clean the rest rooms, the cleaning staffs doesn;t even bother to care.
Balcony was closed and non accessible . The front coridor is a garbage dump area. The property owner must look into this and make sure the guests who stays there provided with best services.
