Room staff and Restaurant staff are same, that should be properly maintained.

Location of the Hotel is very convenient. Food is good. Staff is courteous. Excellent hotel for short stay over at Hyderbad, for family trip,for business trip.
i like the room size and the food was nice. but when we ordered 2nd time, the food didnt send.
i didnt like the staffs attitude and service they offered .
the food we ordered , they send so late and 2nd time they didnt send at all. assuming i cancelled .they should counter check with the guest.
