Servicio y comidas muy bueno pero habitación envejecida
Pros:

Nos gustó el desayuno y la cena

Cons:

La calefacción la apagan por la noche y pasamos un poco de frío porque la habitación se queda fría. No funcionaban algunas de las luces y el baño era un poco oscuro. La habitación se ve y se siente envejecida y anticuada.

Las instalaciones necesitan una reforma
Pros:

El desayuno estaba muy bueno, a nivel de hotel.

Cons:

El alojamiento necesita una reforma urgente, las camas son muy pequeñas, y extremadamente viejas. Pero lo peor sin duda las ventanas, no puede ser que en un alojamiento de montaña las ventanas no cierren correctamente, se oiga el ruido del viento y entre frío.

Pros:

El desayuno muy completo, el personal muy amable y la localización para ir a las pistas de esqui estaba perfecto. Eche de menos algo mas de restauración en la zona para no tener que ir con el coche.

Cons:

No tuvimos pega alguna que mejorar, estaba todo de nuestro agrado. El parking suficientemente grande para alojar a todos los viajeros. Me parecio un poco antiguo el hotel, pero no fue ningun problema

Lo mejor el entorno y el personal de recepción.
Cena y desayuno incluido en la oferta, fue aceptable en variedad y calidad.

Cons:

Sabía que era un hotel un poco anticuado pero es cierto que está demasiado dejado.
Con una reforma volvería a las tres estrellas.

Los alrededores y la ubicación,entre montañas,mucha paz y tranquilidad,por cierto el desayuno de lujo,variedad y cantidad (buffet libre)

El sitio donde está ubicado es bonito
El desayuno está bien

Cons:

Las habitaciones olían muy mal a cañería vieja.
No hacen la habitación a diario si no lo indicas con un cartel en la puerta. A nosotros no nos dieron el cartel para indicarlo, así que suponíamos que lo harían, como cualquier hotel, pero no fue así.
La televisión no funcionaba bien
