Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt
Pros:

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer unterm Dach, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück war lecker und frisch zubereitet, wir konnten unter verschiedenen Varianten auswählen. Die Lage ist gut geeignet für eine Wanderung an den Rila-Seen, der Sessellift ist nur ein paar wenige Autominuten Fahrt entfernt.
Das Essen im Restaurant Können wir ebenfalls empfehlen !!

Cons:

Kaffee und Tee gab es zum Frühstück, Wasser musste bezahlt werden.

However, at breakfast, one of the pieces of bread served had mold on it. I discovered the moldy piece only after we had already eaten all of the bread that was topped with cheese. When I showed it to the staff, she was very apologetic and repeatedly said she was sorry.
Fortunately, neither I nor the people I was traveling with became ill afterward. However, I felt very sorry that my companions had to experience this because of the hotel's mistake. This was the first time I have ever had such an unpleasant experience.
The hotel should pay much closer attention to food hygiene and the proper handling of ingredients.

תמורה טובה לכסף.
Pros:

המלון ענה על הציפיות שלנו . מיקום מעולה למי שיוצא בבוקר או חוזר מטראק שבעת האגמים. נוף ירוק ליער מהמרפסת . מיטות נוחות. מקלחת טובה. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית. יש תפריט עם ארבע אפשרויות,לקחתי את הטוסטים עם הביצה והגבינה וזה היה טעים.

Cons:

ציפיתי לקצת יותר ירקות טריים בארוחת הבוקר. המלון פשוט וקצת מיושן. חדר לא גדול.

Schönes Panorama, bemühtes Personal, gutes Essen im Restaurant
Zimmerwechsel wurde uns ermöglicht- Appartement mit Balkon und Bergblick war
ok.

Cons:

Dusche ohne Abgrenzung mitten im Badezimmer, es ist das ganze Badezimmer nass.
Appartement ohne Bergblick meiden, die Lüftung von der Küche ist unmittelbar neben dem einzigen Fenster, groß aber dunkel und Küchengeruch. Wir konnten Zimmer wechseln.
