Pros:

Чист и поддържан хотел, много приветлив персонал. Стаята беше просторна с тераса с разкошна гладка към Рила планина. Има ресторант, където готвят вкусно и много да хапнете вечерта, детски кът за децата в просторната градина пред хотела.

Highly recommended for families, great view and location.
Pros:

The hotel was a nice surprise. It has an excellent location for visiting the seven Rila lakes, nice restaurant with delicious food and is great for families with children and pets. The services are at a professional level.

Nice stop on the way from Rila lakes
Pros:

Location. Beautiful views of mountains. Service is nice. Receptionist Nikki was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok

Cons:

A bit outdated, small room and the weird shower without a separate cabin - when you take shower the whole bathroom floor gets wet
