The host is Amie was super nice and helpful and she also done my laundry and wouldn't take any payment for it and waited up until midnight to call me a taxi

Останавливаюсь не в первый раз.
До метро "Авлабари" пять минут пешком. Конечно, не пятизвёздочная гостиница, но явно подходит если ехать не для того, чтобы окунуться в бассейн при гостинице, а для того, чтобы окунуться в не самую туристическую и не самую советско-городскую часть Тбилиси (но район Авлабари уже перестраивается, пожалуй, надо поспешить). Хотя при желании можно легко и быстро добраться до части туристической - до Старого Тбилиси пешком минут пятнадцать.
Очень домашняя атмосфера. На кухне есть молотый кофе и джезва - а кофе здесь важен, и его можно пить прямо в небольшом дворике при гостинице - с качелями и столиками. Номер узковатый, зато чистый - и я к нему уже начал приживаться...

Pros:

The rooms are simple and comfortable, good location, WIFI signal is excellent, nice and big shared kitchen. overall good value for the price.

Cons:

The drainage in the bathroom was not so good, so you gonna have to use the disposable flip-flops that they are giving.

Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, lo staff è accogliente e nelle stanze abbiamo trovato armadio, tavolino e bollitore. La cucina consente di cucinare qualcosa e ci sono lavatrice e asciugatrice a disposizione.

Pros:

A szállás nagyon tiszta és nagyon barátságos volt. Remek helyen található, minden könnyen elérhető a közelben. A tulajdonos rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. Nagyon jól éreztem magam, szívesen visszatérnék. :)
