There is ongoing construction next door to the hotel from 8 AM to 6 PM daily. As a result, we have significantly discounted our prices to account for any potential noise disturbances.

The noise is inconsistent, but guests are enjoying being just one block from the beach at a great price, as most are out during the day anyway. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible.

Pros:

L'hôtel est au calme, à 15' à pied de Punta Coco. La chambre est grande et les sanitaires agréables.

Cons:

Il faut garder à l'esprit que cet hôtel est à plus d'1 km du centre et d'un vrai magasin et qu'il n'y a rien pour cuisiner. Juste un micro-ondes.

Possibilité de louer un vélo à proximité.

Place was close to beach, nice balcony, bed was comfortable and there is everything you would need for your trip

Cons:

Had some ants at night in bathroom but staff came to treat as soon as I notified them, and some days other guest would just show up and be on the balcony

Pros:

Beautiful space, very clean. Whenever I messaged the owner/manager on booking.com they got back to me right away and took care of any requests very quickly.

Cons:

The bed was super firm. That’s the only thing we disliked about staying here.

Sauber , gemütlich :) auf Nachfrag haben wir sogar eine herdplatte und töpfe bekommen… um die Ecke gabs nen Fahrradverleih, dann war die Entfernung zur City auch kein problem mehr. Der Hof wurde immer gekehrt und wir haben immer frische Handtücher bekommen

Muy lindas instalaciones y cómodo el espacio. El patio muy lindo pero muchos mosquitos.

Cons:

No me gustó que no tenía para cocinar. Yo interpreté que como era Apart Hotel/Departamento había para cocinar, pero tuve que pagar aparte por un anafe eléctrico.

Lovely unit, good size and layout, nice modern facilities, full kitchen and dining area. Very nice fully gated common garden area with hammocks

Cons:

A bit farther from the center than would be ideal if you are walking daily. We did it but would have preferred a bit shorter walk

Good value; good location
Pros:

We had everything we needed for a comfortable, 4-night stay in Holbox. It was conveniently located - close enough to walk to a few good restaurants in the neighborhood, and far enough from downtown to be quiet and calm. The resident cats were both friendly and entertaining, and the kitchenette had everything we needed to make coffee every morning, store our pizza leftovers in the fridge, and heat them up in the toaster oven the next day.

Cons:

The bed was a bit firmer than I usually like, but still quite comfortable.
