Super sauber, bequeme Betten, praktikabel eingerichtetes Zummer. Kühlschrank im Gang, Bücherschrank im Gang.

ohne Frühstück im Hotel, haben einen Bäcker in ca.1 Km Luftlinie gefunden

kein Personal vor Ort, Schlüssel über Schlüsselsafe bekommen, Zimmer und Mobiliar
sehr renovierungsbedürftig, Blick in einen Innenhof, der noch als Außenbereich einer im Erdgeschoß befindlichen Gaststätte genutzt wird, dadurch sehr laut
Übernachtungsort kann man allgemein nicht als Hotel bezeichnen, eher nur eine Schlafmöglichkeit für Monteure

Nichts.

Cons:

Mehr als in die Jahre gekommen. Kontakt zum Vermieter nur auf wiederholte Nachfrage und dann auch sehr einsilbig.
Das hat nichts mit Gastlichkeit zu tun.

Letztlich ist das eine Bauarbeiterunterkunft. Es ist kein Frühstück verfügbar.

Schmutzig, Fluchtwege unzureichend
Cons:

Wir hatten in einer Notlage krzfristig gebucht. Die FeWo im 2. OG war insgesamt schmutzig, der Küchenbereich völlig inakzeptabel. Heizung funktionierte nicht. Unmögliche Bettwäsche aus Kunstfaser-Fleece. Fluchtwege: waren oben nicht markiert, unten waren die Ausgänge nachts verschlossen!!! Treppenhaus oben war nicht beleuchtet.
