Pros:

Raportul preț - calitate bun.
Curat, cald, amplasare comodă. Loc liniștit, perfect pentru odihnă. Patul comod.

Cons:

Parcarea mică. Gel de duș de calitate proasta. Săpun pentru mîni lipsea.

Stayed here for business, very basic.
Pros:

The hotel is only manned in the morning for breakfast which was included in the room rate, so if you arrive later you are given a code to get your key from an outside stay. Convenient for Munich centre and the exhibition centre thanks to excellent transport links. The 234 bus takes you to the exhibition centre in 5 minutes and from there you can take the U2 to Munich centre in 25 minutes. My only real complaint is that my room was infested with small moths.

Pros:

was there during octoberfest period. was one of the cheaper hotel i could find. situated in residential districts. there is no lift in this hotel and has LIMITED RECEPTION HOURS which i was not aware of earlier! if i got it correct, recept only opens morning to 12 and late afternoon. was there in the afternoon and was stuck with heavy luggage outside the hotel. managed to ask around and found a public phone to call the reception which got in after an hour.will not recommend but if u do book , pls check arrival time!

A pleasure again
Pros:

Stopped at this hotel twice before when it was Hotel Maria when visiting the Oktoberfest. Since changing hands and name the hotel has had a make over and is really nice. Excellent reception/breakfast area and the breakfast is fantastic will great choice. Staff very helpful and friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The whole place is spotless, will visit again in 2 years time for our next Oktoberfest visit!

Excellent Time
Pros:

Stayed at Landhaus Maria during Oktoberfest,3rd October 2008 it was in Feldkirchen 30 mins tube ride from hotel to festival ground,tube station at end of the road.
Nice staff made to feel welcome although none of us spoke the same language.
All you can eat breakfast,clean rooms.
Would definately book there again if in Munich.
