A Beautiful Stay in the Heart of Old Tbilisi
Pros:

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Arts Hotel Tbilisi. The hotel has a very beautiful design with artistic details that create a warm and unique atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean, and you can really feel how much care the team puts into maintaining the place.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. Their kindness made the stay even more comfortable and pleasant.

I had the chance to stay in both of their hotels, and in each one I had a great experience. The quality, comfort, and hospitality are consistent and truly special.

The location is also perfect — very quiet and peaceful, yet situated in the charming old district of Tbilisi, which makes it easy to enjoy the authentic atmosphere of the city.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. It’s a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and at home. ✨

Çoğu zaman resepsiyonda kimse yoktu. Sular kesildi saatlerce gelmedi, bilgilendirme yapan olmadı ve resepsiyonla iletişime geçtiğimizde mesajlarımıza cevap alamadık.

La chambre ultra confortable, l'emplacement proche de tout, l'amabilité d'Hélène et Ana les gerantes, le questionnaire avant sejour etc... Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans l'art's Hotel!

Otel odası ve dekorasyon güzeldi, her şey yeniydi. temizlik iyiydi. mutfağı bile var odanın. tuvaletinden harici musluk bile vardı bu önemlidir olmayan yerlerde. lokasyon da iş görür, daha uzak yerler vardı seçenekler arasında, yürüyerek geze geze hafif yokuş inerek özgürlük meydanına çıkıyorsun. dönerken yorgunken üşeniyor insan. giriş sistemi self check-in, iş görüyor.

Cons:

self check-in güzel ama personele de hiç denk gelmedik. 3-4 gün boyunca bir kere housekeeper da denk geldik sadece. o enteresan oldu. gece geldiğinde şifreyle dış kapı açılıyor, soğuktan bi ara cihaz numaraları algılamadı, biraz bekledik girmek için, zile bastığımızda kimse yoktu kimseyi bulamadık. sonra cihaz çalıştı ve öyle girdik tabi.
otelin girişindeki merdiven ve kapı çok dar, içeri girince kapıyı kapatmak zor oluyor hele de elinde valizler varsa, nitekim merdiven de aynı şekilde, zor çıkılıyor.

Tesis fiyat-performans olarak iyiydi. Konumu güzeldi ama yürüme mesafesi asla değil özellikle çocukla. Otobüs durağına aşırı yakındı şehir merkezine rahatlıkla ulaşım sağlanıyordu. Bekleme süreside max 5 dk. Yada bolt uygulaması ile taksi imkanıda var. Kahvaltı yapabileceğiniz ‘entree’ hemen yanıbaşında. İlk gittiğinizde beklentinizi karşılamayabilir ara sokakta ve sokak pekte hoş değil. Ama sonrasında normalleşiyor genel olarak mahalleler o şekilde. Biz hiç kimseyi görmedik resepsiyonda kimse yoktu şifreli sistemle girdik otele. Anahtarımızıda şifreli bir kutudan aldık. Otele gitmeden 1 gün önce bilgilendirildik. Detaylı bir anlatımla msjı yolladılar. Bir daha gidecek olsam daha merkezi konumda tercih ederim. Meydana yakın bir otel olursa heryer aşırı yakın olur.
