Exceptional value for money
Pros:

Lovely place, furnished with care, colourful. Pretty courtyard. Great location. Nothing too luxurious, but exceptional value for money. Safe, clean and quiet. Owner let us store our luggage in the cellar for a couple of days, that was very helpful. No service or reception, but a good coffee machine in the lounge. A/C was a big plus on our scathingly hot summer nights. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Cozy apartments in the historical part of the city, great location to start the exploration of Sololaki district.
The personnel are friendly. Great bathroom.
The hotel does not have a kitchen, but offers apple pie to go - it helps great in case of waking up a bit late for your plans :)

Muy buen sitio para alojarse
Pros:

El hotel estaba muy limpio, bien ubicado y la habitación completa y con aire acondicionado. Además había café gratis todos los días. Estuvimos muy cómodos.

Cons:

Simplemente un detalle, al venir a limpiar la habitación no nos dejaban más gel ni champú.

Cons:

Die Rezeption war nie besetzt. Es war weder beim Ein- oder Auschecken jemand da. Der Gang riecht furchtbar nach Katzenpisse.
Das Zimmer war recht individuell eingerichtet.
Allerdings sehr laut.

Mükemmel ev rahatlığı
Pros:

Kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Bahçesi çok güzeldi. Bir sürü kedi vardı aşırı tatlılardı. Odam çok temizdi. Her gün temizlik yapılıyor.

Cons:

Aslında bölge olarak çok merkezi ama biraz ara bir sokakta olduğu için akşam geç saatte çıkmak ve dönmek bi tık sıkıntılı olabilir tek başınıza seyahat ediyorsanız. Ben şehirdeki taksi uygulamasından faydalandım.

Süße Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail bei der Einrichtung, sehr sauber.
Pros:

Sehr schön gestaltet, mit Liebe zum Detail. Im Hinblick auf die Einrichtung vielleicht die schönste Unterkunft die wir auf der Reise hatten. Alles da was man braucht, für uns eine gute Lage.

Beautiful, clean room with lovely decor
Pros:

The room was spotless, and I loved the decor. The bed was really comfortable and the aircon was great for the summer. I loved that there were cats living at the property and that there was a spot to get cold water from in the lobby.

Pros:

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and comfortable. THe help yourself coffee in the lobby was lovely and the apple pies a delightful special touch. We would definitely visit again

Стильный небольшой номер для двоих для недолгого путешествия по Тбилиси.
Pros:

Номер оформлен красиво, грамотно и стильно в духе минимализма в виду небольшого пространства. Чисто и ухоженно, минимальная посуда и утварь для горячих напитков и подогрева пищи в микроволновке имеется. Достаточно средств по уходу за посудой и в санузле. Внизу небольшое кафе, где можно попить кофе или чай при самообслуживании. Заселение дистанционное и быстрое, по инструкции все было понятно.

Cons:

Хотелось бы добавить маленькую плиту для приготовления пищи и дверку или шторку в душевой кабине. Отель находится в старой части города, пешком до площади Свободы12-15 минут пешком, что является преимуществом, но найти отель путешествующим не просто, необходимы дополнительные наглядные указания и указатели на улице. Мы добирались на такси ночью, поэтому было проще.
