Не Та комната была вообще то что в букинге написано не было еды то что мы была в букинге то что была на утро должна была и быть еда её тоже не было нарисовано одно а выходит совсем другое и совсем не то что написано в букинге то что хорошая комната в хорошем помещении в хорошем месте вообще нет не понравилось вообще ну если чисто поспать и всё это можно а так ли так вообще не очень

Не понравилась вообще так бились Очень красиво Мне понравилось это город это но чисто поспать можно в этом а если отдыхать это я бы в другом месте отдыхала

Pros:

Отель расположен в отличном месте. Близко до центра и в то же время не шумно. Хозяева очень гостеприимные люди. На месте в любое время. Со всем помогут, что надо - подскажут. Номера хорошие. На крыше у них оборудована общая терраса. Идеально для посиделок с вином. Шикарный вид на город.
Еще можно заказать завтрак за отдельную плату.

Very bad experience in my life and I never try it again or recommend it to others

It is only nearby metro station. Be careful do not trust pictures.

Cons:

They don't provide soap, shampoo, or toothpaste, and they didn't change the bedsheets until after you left. It was dirty and we got sick. Cough and noise problem I believe from room we never had this problem in whole stay in Georgia except when stay in this hotel

Be careful, as it's a family-run property, run by just one woman and her son (I think her husband too who stay in reception). She interacts with guests and asks them many personal questions. She prepares the food and cleans the rooms, and I think she lives on the ground floor. We asked them to change the bedsheets, but they didn't. We booked based on reviews, and later discovered there was a mistake in the rating/score, as they didn't match the actual guest rating. For your information, she lets you communicate with her son, who speaks English.

Excellent service
Pros:

Excellent service and perfect location. It is walking distance to bus station and metro station. There is also nearby groceries store and restaurants. The hotel is clean and comfortable to stay . Especially my kids they really love the room,it is spacious . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. They are nice, very accomodating and friendly people especially the owner of the hotel Mr. David and Mrs. Tamara. They served a delicious breakfast. They have also nice view from the roof top.

Exceptional
Pros:

The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful, did everything to accommodate our schedule and provided lots of local tips. The hotel is located very close to Avlabari metro station (in fact, much closer than one might think looking at the map), and it does have a character. There is even a charming sitting area on the roof.
