Pros:

The location is very near to the KSRTC bus stand.

Cons:

AC poor not cooling the room properly. Room not that clean with a rock hard bed covered with a single plain cotton sheet. Bath room is narrow and not tidy. Floor of the room is of old tiles with thick dust in the joints. No lift facility.
