Friendly, clean, quiet place to relax.
Pros:

We have stayed here for the last 6 years and it always is a nice quiet mom and pop run hotel. No frills, just a clean comfortable and friendly place. The pool is beautiful with lots of patio space and the ocean is right out the door.

Cons:

My wife and I have never had a bad stay here.

Best hotel we stayed in Treasure Island so far
Pros:

Loved how clean and complete the room was. We had stove, MW and fridge. The beach was right behind hotel and the pool was nice and clean. Overall A+++

I will definitely stay again.
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable. It rained the whole time and the hotel was nice enough to just hang out in. The pool was great for jumping in and out of. The staff was awesome.

Location is perfect.
Pros:

Right on the beach, friendly staff, clean rooms. Very convenient and loved the pool and lounge area. Could watch the sunset right from the deck.

Cons:

No elevators and room was on third floor, balcony was shared outside of room, booked a king, received a double queen.

Bathroom was a bit cramped. I have a large bum, so maneuvering around toilet paper dispenser was tricky, and vanity cabinet was very close to toilet too.

Possibly the best value on Treasure Island.
Pros:

Everything about my stay was excellent! The location is right on the beach. I had a beautiful first floor room facing the Gulf. The room was recently remodeled and nicely done. Everything was new and clean. The room had a small kitchen and refrigerator which was great. There was a huge pool and plenty of patio chairs, lounges and tables with umbrellas for shade. The beds had firm mattress and were very comfortable. A rinse off shower. is provided when coming in from the beach. This place is wonderful and priced affordable.

Cons:

The through the wall air conditioner was struggling to keep the room cool and was a little noisy. It was 100 degrees out, so not really an issue.
