On the ocean. Close to amenities. Clean. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Hallway noise: people talking daily. Parking was very tight, so much so that daily potential collision risk. Coffee pot no coffee in rooms.

It was wonderful.
Pros:

The place was nice,clean on the beach. The staff was always pleasant and answered any questions I had. I will stay there again on my next trip to Florida.

Clean facility, great value
Pros:

Clean facilities inside and out. Beautiful pool. Comfortable bed. Great restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen!

Cons:

Bathroom/sink small. Don’t forget to bring your own coffee! Still Overall excellent

Relaxing stay close to Slopoy Joes.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and I met a few of the visitors.
Loved the pool and being so close to the beach.

Pros:

The room and facilities were very clean and very accessible to the beach. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was centrally locate to other amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel location was very convenient and had everything that I needed for my stay.
Pros:

The location right on the beach was perfect. It also had some convenient stores and restaurants nearby that you walk to. My room was clean, and had a mini kitchen that was convenient to prepare some food that we brought with us.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not care for was the fact that our room was on the third floor and there was not an elevator in the hotel. The only ice machine was on the 1st floor, also making it a bit challenging every time I needed ice. The size of the room was just right for 2 people, but I don't think it would be comfortable if there would have been more people.

We have booked here to stay two years in a row. We always enjoy our stay.
Pros:

Easy check in process & navigate around the hotel. Easy pool & beach access.

Cons:

Could update a few things but that’s just my opinion. Nothing really not to like about the property.

The pool was not open the first 2 days.
Pros:

I found unlocked and missing a screw the locking mechanism of the window facing the pool area ---and this was the ground floor. When I told Arthur the receptionist he blew off the issue. Perhaps he or someone Arthur let into my room messedwith the window and left it unlocked when I was grilling salmon and mushrooms...but he should have taken me seriously.

Cons:

Window found unlocked and screw missing which was a security issue. Amendment 4, section 2, clause 1, "Full Faith and Credit" thrown out the window as the receptionist disrespected me and disregarded my "right to the same immunities and protections" especially having paid for a room to feel safe.
