Staff is arrogant and no cleaning done throughout my stay despite multiple request . No change of towels nothing on daily basis .

The room was ok. There was no wash basin in the washroom. Only there was sink in the kitchen.

Worst hotel i ever stayed in Abha. Bed was broken. I am still applying lotion for the pain I suffered for the sleep on that bed. Amenities mentioned in the list, nothing was provided except a soap. Table was broken. Not even a prayer mat was provided for praying.
Very bad experience because there os no wash basin and mirro in the washroom how wash the hands and how we make shave, also they put broken king size bed when we go to sleep they make noise i ask reception to change the room and they refused and tild me that that al rooms like that i know they are lying
