Pros:

Мне понравилось место рядом рынок , кафе и магазины , мне удобно до конференции пешком ходить есть кухня , в комнате свой туалет и душ , все устраивает

Cons:

Есть маленькая жалоба , что комната опитана курением , невозможно дышать , мы сами не курим , стараемся проветрить комнату через кондиционер и окно и все остальное все ок

Pros:

For me it was just one night stay so it was fair for the price.

Cons:

Mattresses were not comfortable seems all broken. Blankets given were not clean , piles coming out.

Pros:

the staff was friendly

Cons:

everything smelled smoky, especially bed linen, it was not visible that cleaning had been there before our arrival or it had been really poor
there was a neighbour in front of our room who smoked badly and didn’t even close his door and no one did anything about it
there was no bathroom in our room

Cons:

At first we got a room that was small smelly and broken. Then we got a room that Most of the room was broken. The heat barely worked and the place was little bit “sketchy”

Location is perfect varkateli metro station is near by so we can go anywhere in Tbilisi very ease.only thing I liked about the property is it's location

I recommend it for those who are looking for clean and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The clerk was kind and helpful. The hotel was silent. And clean.

Cons:

Pros:

There is a nice Turkish restaurant across the street whose staffs are quite well-behaved and lovely. In an occasion , I needed some chains and they generously gave me. It worths mentioning, exchange stores nearby this accommodation are very fair. Overall, I enjoyed my stay beyond my expectations.

Cons:

Some staff didn’t know how to speak English. However , there is a guy whose name is Zurab and he was one of the most faithful people whom I’ve ever met since then. He helped us book two bus tickets from Metro Georgia to Batumi.
