Very small property I didn’t expected this as images on the app were convincing but actually when we reached there at the property it was just very small one
Swimming pool was waste as it was too small that our kids too can’t enjoy playing in it

It's not a hotel. It's a house converted into hotel type facilities. It's a decent but expensive property. Located somewhere in the middle of Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani.
Cleaness is upto mark, size of room is ok,pool clean , staff polite, homely fresh food,ambience, designs ,all are perfect. One should take experience of property. Location is also perfect . Just 1km from main road. Site seeing locations and entertainment points are also nearby.

The Staff
Location, Its situated in between two buildings with very limited space. absolutely a No for people with pets, There is very limited space to move around in the room. Even Pets stay was charged to us by the owner. Its run by only two staff Husband and wife both are trying hard to cope up with all the requirements with no external help but not their fault unable to do so. Food order needs to be given 3 hours in advance still delays as only two people with no extra staff. the owner has no clue whats happening at his property and just dependent on two poor fellas who actually run the show and tries to accommodate your request. Whats shown and what you get is entirely different.
