Pros:

Communication with the reception and the facilites.
All was clean and warm by the time we arrived (it was end of December). Good location and private parking right at the entrance. I can imagine this place being perfect for a summer stay!

È stata una bellissima sorpresa Abbiamo prenotato all'ultimo ed era l'ultimo appartamento a disposizione ed è stato molto bello. La struttura è bella noi eravamo al 1 piano con un bel balcone. Ci sono anche piani terra con giardini o 2 piani con terrazzi enormi. Cmq appartamenti con tutti i confort. Eri indipendente e se avevi bisogno potevi trovare qualcuno o telefonare. Siamo soddisfatti. E la spiaggia sia libera che a pagamento è a 5 minuti a piedi.

Cons:

Solo una precisazione un pochino più di manutenzione sulle antine da regolare e sistemare e mancava o forno o forno a micronde e macchinetta del caffè che negli altri appartamenti c'erano, noi per questo ci siamo accorti all'ultimo altrimenti l'avremmo segnalato Per l'antine abbiamo detto subito

Locatie en strand was prijzig met parasols en bedjes ook t centrum was niet te lopen moet echt auto pakken en hele dure winkels als je daar van houd

Well sized and comfortable apartment, walking distance to the beach. Nice , green surroundings. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Needs renovation, bathroom could have been bigger. Kettle and toaster could be added in the kitchen.

Exactly what we were hoping for during a family beach vacation.
Pros:

Great location, very nice apartment with everything you need for a beach vacation, including a relatively spacious balcony overviewing the blooming garden. Super nice and flexible staff.

Lovely place by the sea, highly recommend for family vacations
Pros:

Perfect place for vacations, nice apartment with all the amenities you need at kitchen and bathroom, including washing machine and dishwasher, very clean, has parking on the spot and a nice pool, also super close to the sea. Ariana, the host, and all the staff have been super nice and welcoming. We were with our dogs who enjoyed it too very much! Massa is centrally located so you are tired of the sea, you can go to visit Pisa, or Genova, or Florence. A rose gifted to all the guests by the hosts on the Ascension holiday was such a beautiful gesture too!!!

Pros:

Nice room, no dish soap or any soap which made it hard for an 8 day stay to do dishes. Dish washer and one pod but only 2 coffee cups provided. N

Cons:

Not a lot close by open for the end of Sept. Tourist season is over. No amenities in the room like salt, pepper, coffee.
