Pros:

Отзывчивый персонал - стараются, но не все.
Менеджер отеля на жалобу, что в номере категории люкс не работают розетки, ответила - никто не жаловался.
Больше, я не брала люкс.
Взяла стандарт - не было чайника и в уборной валялись чёрные волосы.

Cons:

Стоимость номера категории, люкс = стоимость проживания 5* отеля в Катаре.
Кнопки на лифте работают неправильно, вместо вниз - вверх и наоборот, если не знать этого нюанса, будете очень долго ждать лифт.
Розетки в номере не работали, выехали с разряженными телефонами.

設備、ロケーションは、良いのに、スタッフが最悪で、もったいない。
Pros:

部屋、設備は良かったが、スタッフが全く良くない、笑顔はないし、態度も良くない。
レセプションの女の子、朝食時のウェイターの男の子、最悪だった！
設備など良いホテルなのに、もったいない。

Cons:

サービスの人間が最悪！

Cons:

Бронировал king-size кровать, по факту дали односпальную кровать. На вопрос почему, сказали что других нет. Но зачем тогда принимать бронь заранее!

В ресторане нет горячей еды, сказали что после 19:00 кухня не работает. Сам бар в 00:00 закрывается.

Вообщем не соответствует цена/качества!
Однозначно есть в данном городе лучше варианты.
