If you want a nasty treatment and awful food, this is the place to go!
Pros:

We didn’t stay at the hotel but were unfortunate enough to have dinner there as part of our halfboard at STS Alpine Travels. As we arrived in the first evening, the main waitress did not greet us welcome but shouted at us when we didn’t respond immediately to whatever she said. Curiously enough, she could be quite nice sometimes only to be very nasty the next moment. The food…We had the feeling that since we had prepaid everything, the only ambition of the restaurant was to feed us and not to make the dinner a pleasant experience. They serve courses without any finesse at all. The chef and his/her staff have probably had their training in a school kitchen and should be anything but proud of their pathetic cooking. Don’t visit this restaurant, you’d be better off in a hamburger joint.

Otherwise good, but the owner is very rude
Pros:

Unfortunately the owner (Prisca) is very rude to guests, yells and blames them. Other service people are friendly, but the owner is very unpleasant.

Fab New Year’s Eve meal
Pros:

Amazing New Years Eve Meal

From the moment we arrived, Vicky offered us fantastic service and a warm welcome. She was attentive throughout the evening ensuring everything was ok and made the evening really great fun. The food was beautiful, generous portions and very tasty. The rest of the staff were all super friendly too. We had a great night

Good location and overall nice rooms, but not very clean (my sheets were full of hair) and the staff vibe is off

Cons:

There’s no reception. The staff is weird, it looks like everything revolves around this woman (possibly the owner) and if you need anything you can only talk to her, and she’s not very nice either. Weird vibes
