Bom custo x benefício, mas com condições de melhoria com pouco investimento.
Pros:

Localização próxima ao Shoping e Vila da Praia....poucos minutos à pé. Piscina muito agradável e grande, havendo outra para crianças.

Cons:

Necessidade de levar roupa de cama, toalhas e até papel higienico. Não havia sequer tapete de toalha no banheiro e nem um pano de prato. Faltou uma faca de corte, um copo grande e a cafeteira está velha e incompleta. O quarto não tinha armários, talvez pelo tamanho, mas tem um espaço em frente ao banheiro para instalação de um armário, o que tornaria a hospedagem mais cômoda. As cadeiras da cozinha precisam trocar as almofadas, pois estão com a espuma vencida.

Cons:

Faltam utensílios básicos. Cafeteira não tinha jarra, não dava pra usar.
A porta do banheiro estava mal instalada e caia o tempo todo. Pedimos na recepção pra consertar e nada foi feito.
