Gostei dos funcionarios e a praticidade do café da manhã.
Pros:

O café da manhã foi muito bom, o serviço de limpeza e trocas de roupas de cama e banho foram atendidos com zelo.

Cons:

A tranca da janela do Apto estava quebrada, pois estava no terrreo e por isso achei inseguro.

Pros:

L’hôtel valparaiso est idéal si votre budget est limité mais que vous souhaitez être bien placé, dans un environnement sur, tout en profitant d’une expérience recommandée également par les locaux. Les chambres sont basiques mais confortables, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit dej et le personnel toujours prêt à vous aider.

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre au rez de chaussée avec vue sur un mur, ce qui la rendait assez sombre en journée.

Minha experiência foi muito positiva! Fiquei apenas uma noite no hotel, durante um final de semana em São Paulo, para aproveitar alguns passeios culturais, e fui muito bem recebida desde a chegada.

A equipe é extremamente simpática, educada, cordial e atenciosa, além de demonstrarem bastante flexibilidade e disposição para ajudar. O ambiente é muito limpo, organizado e agradável. A localização também é um ponto forte, especialmente pela proximidade com o metrô, o que facilitou bastante minha locomoção pela cidade.

O café da manhã é consideravelmente bom e atendeu muito bem às minhas necessidades.

Mesmo tendo ficado apenas uma noite, saí com uma ótima impressão e me senti muito bem acolhida. Certamente é um lugar que eu consideraria novamente em uma próxima viagem a São Paulo. Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo atendimento e pelo cuidado com os hóspedes!

Cons:

A janela Como ponto negativo, o quarto em que fiquei tinha a janela voltada para um vão interno do prédio, sem nenhuma vista para a área externa. Particularmente, prefiro ambientes mais arejados e com alguma vista, pois não me sinto muito confortável em espaços que passam uma sensação mais fechada.

A fine place to stay locally
Pros:

The hotel is clean, safe, and located very near to many restaurants, the Metro, and a small supermarket, and Avenida Paulista. I would say that the area is an excellent choice for tourists or travelers due to its excellent location. I found the breakfast to also be very enjoyable.

Cons:

The shower had no hot water, otherwise the room was comfortable. There is also no elevator though there are rooms on the ground floor, one of which I requested and attained.
