Sem elevador, sem ar condicionado. Sem ventilador. Quarto minúsculo. Cabelos. Na pia do banheiro indicando limpeza precária.

A localização é muito boa, perto da estação de metrô paraíso, ou seja, fácil acesso a diversas partes da cidade a um baixo custo de transporte. O cama era boa, confortável. A limpeza do banheiro estava boa.

Falta identificação na fachada do local, não tem uma placa nem nada.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, pertinho do metrô Paraíso. A rua é tranquila, o staff é muito simpático e atencioso. Recebi todas as informações necessárias. O café da manhã é ótimo. Excelente custo-benefício.

Cons:

A única coisa que tenho para dizer é sobre um barulho de máquina intermitente que não sei de onde vem. Mas não foi nada que tenha tirado a minha paz.

Excelente Custo x Benefício perto da Paulista
Pros:

Localização excelente, há poucos metros do metrô Paraíso e da Av Paulista, com restaurantes, mercados e farmácias bem perto. Café da manhã ótimo e com boas opções de frutas, queijos, iogurtes, pães e bolo.

Cons:

O banheiro é um pouco antigo, mas nada que desabone a pousada.
