Frequento questo hotel da anni e ho sempre avuto esperienze positive sotto ogni aspetto ed ho sempre recensito positivamente. Proprio per questo, quanto accaduto all’ultimo soggiorno è stato ancora più deludente: difficilmente tornerò.
Al check-out mi viene richiesta la tassa di soggiorno, fin qui tutto normale. Il problema nasce quando scopro che deve essere pagata esclusivamente in contanti e, cosa ancora più grave, senza alcuna ricevuta o documento fiscale che ne attesti il pagamento.
Essendo in viaggio di lavoro, questa richiesta è inaccettabile: senza una ricevuta non posso ottenere il rimborso e, per normativa, le spese aziendali dovrebbero essere tracciabili. Ho fatto presente la questione, ma mi è stato risposto che “il comune vuole così”, come se un regolamento locale potesse giustificare pratiche che, di fatto, risultano fuori dalle regole.
Ancora più spiacevole è stato l’atteggiamento: mi è stato detto che avrei potuto anche non pagarla, con un tono che ho percepito come poco rispettoso, quasi a voler banalizzare la questione a una cifra irrisoria, quando il problema è tutt’altro.
Ammetto che, per come è stata gestita la situazione, la sensazione è che quei soldi non abbiano una destinazione del tutto trasparente — impressione che spero sinceramente sia errata, ma che resta.
Un vero peccato, perché soggiorno, cena e servizio erano stati, come sempre, all’altezza. Tuttavia, un episodio del genere basta a compromettere completamente la fiducia.

Struttura un pó isolata ma assolutamente gestita in modo impeccabile, almeno nei servizi base di cui ho usufruito. Pulizia perfetta, cordialità e professionalità. Sicuramente un rapporto qualità prezzo più che vantaggioso

Pros:

abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura perchè vicina a Baronissi ( dove avevamo una gara di scherma ) . Siamo rimasti solo una notte e nel complesso è andato tutto bene.

Hatten einen guten Aufenthalt, Frühstück ist ok, Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, leider extrem kleine Portionen, andere Gäste waren auch über die Kleinen Portionen verärgert. Schade

Cons:

Wir waren über die kleinen Portionen beim Abendessen sehr enttäuscht, fanden die Preise dafür nicht gerechtfertigt
