Nothing, it was a dingy place
To start with, the location is very spooky, seems like an abandoned building where we dint find anybody else living. Just saw a few watchmen. Next, the lockbox of the original room allocated to us was not opening. During the 15 mins that we were trying to open it, twice there was electricity cut which scared the hell out of us. We were given another room, which we had to struggle to coordinate due to the bad network. Inside the room- no door to the cupboard which was full of upholstery, the windows do not lock, a wet towel was lying on the chair, the bathroom fitting were coming off as they seemed old. The only good part was the silence, which was also eerie after a point. Nobody to help. The watchman at first was not letting us in, no coordination there. In the end the person we were coordinating with was not picking our call since an hour and we had to leave, so we changed the code of the lockbox and put the key inside so that we can reveal it once we get the Rs.1000 refundable security deposit back. An hour after we left he is calling back at his leisure and started arguing that how could u change the lock. We have still not got our security deposit back. Now they will claim all kind of things to make it seem like we were wrong. Please do not book ur stay here if u love ur peace of mind. Pathetic! Just look at all the bad reviews which we missed before booking. The good reviews are all fake, trust me!
I recently stayed at Ive Pali Studio Rooms near Imagica in Dhokshet, Sudhagad, Raigad. The location is stunning, with clean air and a serene atmosphere. Stepping out of the door, you're greeted by breathtaking views of mountains and nature. It's a peaceful treat, perfect for those looking to unwind and connect with nature.
Things like sheets, bed sheets, and towels were not washed.

No maintenance, fan, geyser, lights, door latch not working. Sole attendant not readily available. Furniture old & broken. Refrigerator legs broken.

The room structure and maintenance were not there, the bathroom toilet was not clean. The cupboard was broken. The bed was not proper. . Waiting for check in. Toilet flush was broken.
Rooms were completely different from what was shown in the images abd the furniture was completely broken and inedequate for 4 people.
Swimming pool and dining restaurant were upto the mark.
Sheets were stinky and I found a used condom in our bathroom.
