Einfach und unkompliziert, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Preis Leistung eher bisschen hoch, um zum Skilift zu gelangen muss man noch mit den ÖV ein Stück fahren oder zu Fuss gehen.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind einfach und konfortabel eingerichtet. Sauber war das Zimmer auch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klein aber fein, es hatte für jeden etwas.

Cons:

Das Checkin verlief für mich etwas Verwirend ab. Der nette Herr hat uns die Zimmerkarten gegeben und den Stock mit dem Zimmer mitgeteilt. Ich habe dann nachgefragt wegen dem Frühstück, wann und wo. Im Zimmer habe ich dann ein Infoblatt gesehen. Aber wenn man das nicht weiss, finde ich nicht gut.

Cons:

Only issue being: the hotel had technical problems with their computers & access to the key card system - disallowing any key cards to be given until late at evening. So the staff had to unlock rooms with their master keys, for all the guests, annoying for everyone guests and staff alike.

Hotel gut - Mitarbeiter fragwürdig

Ein besonderes Lob geht an die Dame im Service für ihre Freundlichkeit. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage ist Top

Cons:

Leider müssen wir die Art und Weise kritisieren, wie wir empfangen wurden. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang wirkte sehr unflexibel: Eine Anfrage zum frühen Check-in um 14:00 Uhr wurde ohne Prüfung abgewiesen. Selbst um 15:00 Uhr mussten wir warten, während die Schlüsselkarten erst erstellt wurden. Wir hätten uns hier mehr Kundenorientierung und ein freundlicheres Entgegenkommen gewünscht, da dies unseren Aufenthalt leider negativ eingeleitet hat.
